A Day At The Paradise Cove Water Park in Pembroke Pines
Paradise Cove Water Park is in C.B. Smith Park in Pembroke Pines, Florida and it is opened to the public occasionally as a result of the blackout dates on certain occasions of every month. It has a number of features which includes Parrot’s point, Sharky’s Lagoon, four 50-foot-tall water slides (pipeline paradise), a water playground for all ages, a 410-foot-long lazy river, Crazy Creek and a water playground for kids less than five years old. Other features of the park are battling cages, basketball court, golf course, campground, jogging/biking/walking paths, picnic areas, miniature golf, racquetball court, volleyball court, playground, shelter rental and picnic areas.
Pipeline paradise features four waterslides which are five stories tall and enable riders to enjoy corkscrew rides plunging into a four-foot-deep pool. The body slides are not only wide open but also 32 inches and have varying lengths from 395feet to 430 feet. Riders are moved per minute by 400 gallons of water for an exceptional experience as they move down the slide. They must weigh not more than 250 pounds, be 42 inches tall and also know how to swim. Shaky’s Lagoon features an 18-inch-deep pool that consists of a number of interactive play elements and a water playground for all age groups, as well as three waterslides that differ in lengths from 83 feet to 125 feet. Parrot’s Point is another feature at the park and is a water playground that is suitable for age 5 and below. Paradise Cove Admission Fees
All-day admission is $ 12.30 per person and $8 per person past 3p.m. and free admission for children below the ages of 1 year. All parks have a seasonal pass (Find It All card) and is accessible to individuals, families of five members, families that consist of two to four members and families that have six members. The regular fee for gate entrance of the park is $1.50 per person (children of 5 and below five). It is also effective on holidays and weekends. Sales tax that is applicable in Florida will be included to all fees with the exception of the gate fee. Operating hours at the park are from 10a.m. to 5:20p.m.
The Water Park’s Rain-Check Policy
Issuance of rain checks occurs when there is closure of Water Park as a result of inclement weather. If the weather conditions appear to be unreliable, use your intuition. Entry fee, once paid, is non-refundable. One must either have a receipt verifying having been in the facility less than two hours before 3 p.m., or a receipt verifying not more than 1 hour in the premises after 3 p.m.
Funbrellas at Paradise Cove
There are 20-foot-diameter umbrellas available for renting, each with trash cans and picnic tables with a capacity of 30.Funbrellas rent goes for $35per day weekdays and $75per day on holidays and weekends. Cove Concessions
Coolers are allowed in aquatic areas. There is no permission of alcoholic beverages and glass containers as always. Prepaid Gate Admission Passes are accessible at the park office within 14 days before your event to ensure enough time for dissemination of passes to your visitors before your visit. There is no distribution of prepaid passes at the entrance gate on the day the event is taking place.
Rules for Camp Groups
A single counsellor is required per a child and there is no charge at admission. Advance registration is a must for all camp groups before their visit in order to guarantee admission. There are swimming lessons at Paradise Cove from June to August with variation in dates.
Some of the rules and regulations include children 12 years and below must always be accompanied by adults and all kids (5 years and below) must always walk within an adult arm’s reach while at the park. It is a requirement to have proper swimming attire, as jean shorts, zippers, cutoffs and metal or plastic accessories on clothes are not allowed. Changing of diapers is restricted and only allowed in the rest rooms and instructions from lifeguards and park staff must be followed.
Paradise Cove Water Park is occasionally opened to the public, has several features that are very affordable, and provides the public with great experiences. It is a lovely place for kids to have fun and you can organize parties with family and friends irrespective of the age.
